Is a python solution competing against only other python solutions or everything out there in the "beats x%" statistic?

Hi, i'm looking for websites formatted like leetcode with well defined specs and built-in test cases, but having a collection of wider range of exercise topics. I want to be able to practice advanced syntax features, design patterns and probably example usages of frameworks, databases and so on, with problems paced around the size of a college course assignment. Anyone knows anything like this?
