This was on a cold start with a dynamic idle very minimal pressure build up but should be none. I do have white smoke out the tailpipe and consistent loss of coolant, my reservoir is clean no debris. Car has 140k miles and is going in for a flywheel next week.

My concern is what is the likelihood of a cracked head?

Is there different signs to look out for if that was the case?

What is the cost to best estimate for a head gasket for whole job?

I should start out with I built this not as a full time revenue stream but as a tool utilized for a couple of my maintenence contracts. With that I know im not as setup as everybody on here, I mainly just neeed pressure and degreaser. The equipment is 150g water tank, 16g soap tank, blueshield 100' 3/8 pressure hose, bluseal 5/8 50' low pressure hose, and honda gx200 paired with cat 4DNX25GSI.

  1. Would like to run a water bypass that goes back into the tank. Any advice on how to plumb that in?

    1. is for my degreaser/soap, should that be drawn out of the top of the tank or can it be plumbed into the drain of the soap tank?
    1. looks to be a mesh filter and due to strength over time (plastic material) can that be removed and replaced with an inline filter?
  2. Utilizing this pressure washer it would not build pressure till I kinked the line for a second. that goes from 2) to 4) I purchased a quarter turn valve for it would that damage the pump?

  3. Any opinions or suggestions to make it better would be greatly appreciated
