I'm romancing karlach this run so I want to keep her in my party, but Owlbear Halsin (and eventually Myrmidon Halsin) + tavern brawler just do so much damn damage and have health to boot. I don't wanna leave her out of my party, please suggest builds that can keep up

So my players are going into a gladiator-style tournament which has a shorter singles bracket (to get them started) and a longer/more consequential team bracket. I've exhausted pretty much all the free humanoid enemies on roll20, is there any source y'all know of for good gladiators/other parties of fighters? they're currently level 11, and it'll only be a fight or couple of fights per day so I have them on gritty rest rules, but I also want the tournament to be a chance for their characters to show off some of their skills, eg. the gunslinger could do some trickshooting or the spellcaster could do show-magic, but I don't know how to rule that kind of thing or how to make a minigame for it without it just being attack rolls or a singular skill check.
