This singular shrimp has had my mind in an absolute hurricane. I spent a long time studying different infections/parasites neos can have/develop. I probably spent way too long doing that... This shrimp is now dubbed Robert because he's pissing me off. He's beautiful. (I at least think male? Usually I'm pretty good at sexing these guys but this dude's got me stumped.) I love that white on him and it very clearly covers his legs, tail fin, face, whiskers, the works. This dude is a 𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘵𝘦 shrimp. But dear lords I keep thinking its parasite white. The anxiety is loud and the bugs in my brain are yelling at me lol Thanks for reading my dumb lil panic. If he isn't just a 𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘵𝘦 shrimp and y'all notice something I don't, please let me know so I can fix it! This is my first neo tank. I just ordered a bunch more and this guy was in that batch. My tank's well established and thriving! The algea agrees -_-°

I got out of the hospital recently, like two days ago recently. Before I went in, I had placed a skrimp order on Amazon and was absolutely panicking about being released in time for it to get here! The first time I had ordered online there was a rough cold snap and I lost more than half the shipment. The seller was awesome and resent! I ordered another set of 20 and all 31 came in alive and healthy!! My tank is so much more active now and I absolutely cannot stop just staring at it! This tank houses my neos, two baby guppies I'm growing out, a king female Betta named Beef Cake, an assortment of mystery snails (my axolotl can't eat em fast enough lol), and ofc my neos. I put the cup in my tank just to see how my shrimp would react to it. Next day, it was full of baby snails... The cup is now a fixture in the tank lol Beef Cake doesn't mess with the guppies or the shrimp! One zoomed into her face, flicked sand at her and smacked her in the face before running. She chased that one for like, half an hour xD She's so sassy and her big personality matches her big size.
