Any chances of a CEC draw today?

I am looking for a speaking partner. Someone who is B2.

For people who were struggling with speaking what did you do to get better? I've taken the test 3 times already but just couldn't speak. I don't know if I lack creativity or if I am trying too hard to make my sentences complex. My work permit expires soon, I only have one attempt left now. Need urgent help! Do you have any good tutors?
