weight paint problem
I want to move the vertexs points inside the red circle to the locations of the red vertex in image 4.
What kind of painting do I need to do?

I can't combine Mesh and Rig using automatic weighting.
It gives the error: Bone Heat Weighting: failed to find solution for one or more bones.
Trials I've tried:
- I removed the Armature modifier.
- I clear-parented Mesh and Metarig.
- I removed vertices using merge by distance.
- I fixed the overlapping surfaces.
