Hello, asking for a friend. She lives in Alberta and saw this yesterday. Is it mold and can she clean it herself? If so any tips? Trying to avoid getting a professional out if possible as she's just renting. She got this cleaner but has two cats (currently out of the house as she doesn't want them licking anything, until it's sorted)
