I have to pay $50,000 in medical bills which I am being reimbursed for (I am part of a group health network rather than typical health insurance) I want to ideally use points I earn to help book my flight to Hawaii for vacation next year and want the best bang for my buck card to put this huge amount of spending on in a short time.
