I’m not a fence guy, I’ve never built or repaired a fence before.

I would like to try and work on this fence so it’ll work better and look better. It’s very curved on top, a lot of the posts are bent at the bottom for some reason. Also, some are completely rusted out and broken off from the cemented piece in the ground. For the rusted out posts, I’m guessing I’ll have to dig out the cemented part, cut off the rusted part of the post, and weld on a new piece and cement it in? For the bent pieces, how can I bend them back? Or should I cut these out and weld on a straight piece as well? The last picture is where I would like to put a gate. Any metal gate designs that I should use that could somehow build on to what already here? I’d like to try to keep the metal cable thats on there, and I’m thinking about adding some barbed wire in between the cables to close the gaps.

Any thoughts or recommendations are appreciated. Again, I have no fence work experience but I would like to do this myself. I have access to most tools that I might need.
