45 [M4F] KY/Anywhere Emotionally intelligent, dog-approved, and finally not here for nonsense
I’m 45, based in Kentucky with a remote job so open to relocation, and at a point where I’ve done enough life to know what matters—and what doesn’t.
I work full-time in a leadership role focused on developing people, which means I spend a lot of time helping others grow while continuing to work on myself too. I’m grounded, stable, and intentional about the life I’m building.
Outside of work, I’m a mix of low-key and spontaneous. I enjoy nights in with good food and something worth watching, but I’m also always up for getting out, exploring, or doing something that turns into a great story later.
I’ve got a golden retriever who’s a big part of my world, so being a dog person definitely helps your case.
I’m thoughtful, a little introspective, and I value real conversations—the kind where you actually learn someone, not just pass time. I’ve got a dry sense of humor, can be a little sarcastic, and I appreciate someone who can give it right back.
What I’m looking for:
A woman who’s kind, self-aware, and knows how to communicate. You don’t have to have everything figured out, but you should have a sense of who you are and what you want. I’m drawn to someone who can be both easygoing and emotionally present.
