I have been working in Germany for 9 months now. I’ve come to realize that my current workplace is toxic and shows clear signs of mobbing. I don’t feel good there at all, and I’ve already started looking for a new job.

I noticed some red flags right from the beginning, but the atmosphere took a significant turn for the worse the moment I successfully completed my Probezeit (probation period).

I wanted to ask if any of you have experienced something similar. Is this behavior typical for some German companies, or did I just get unlucky with a bad employer?
