Feeling a bit unmotivated so I want to share my progress so far
In december I decided it's time to start changing my life. Started walking in january and increasing steps month by month. Also started to track how I eat. I've lost 4 kilos, one each mont now. I really want to make a change and loose 6 more kilos and keep walking.
