I've lived in East City for ten years and I'm still at a loss about that darn siren that goes off all the time. Sometimes it's only for about 2 minutes, sometimes close to 10. It sounds like it's coming from the direction of the hydro-electric station so I was wondering if it was connected to that? I've asked several of my older neighbours and received multiple different explanations.

Please help satisfy my curiosity!
