
I have been trying to order the 11-15 Zip Oyster photocard for 4 days straight, and their payment page is broken, getting the error "We're sorry this isn't working right now"
"• Try again later".
I wonder how long it has been broken like this. And if there is any hope for this to get fixed in next few days? Thing is you must order the photocard at least 4 weeks before pickup date, and our travel date is approaching. This is a mess.
And I can't find any way to contact their tech support, I am overseas and can't call their hotline phone# and I don't have Facebook or ex-Twitter account.
