Weaning off swaddle problem.
Hi,
I’m a father of a 3.5 month old baby that recently started showing signs of rolling, and because of that, I bought the love dream transition swaddle, to gently wean of the swaddle. She always has been a great sleeper, most of the time, I’ve only had problems when she managed to free her arms from the swaddle and started rubbing her face and putting her fingers in the mouth , that would result in screaming.
The problem now is that the transition swaddle is arm up, and she insists in putting her hand in the mouth, that of course results in screaming!
I’m using the transition swaddle for a week now, and only at night sleep, and she only falls asleep breastfeeding.
Probably is worth mentioning that since 3 weeks old she almost always fell asleep in her crib, soothing herself and only with me or her mom next to her ( don’t ask me how we/ she managed to do that 😅).
So, what I’m asking is for some solutions, or guidance.
