Hello, I just got my magsafe case and charger was so excited

about it but for whatever reason wireless charging cuts off

after I start the charging process and never comes back I tested

without the case and the same thing happend. It's not charger

cause when I tested on my friends iphone the charger worked

perfectly. Anybody else has this issue? Pls help me resolve it cause I really need this feature
