Quickest weightloss tips

Hi, Im 16 and 5’7 and around 250? (im really unsure of my height and weight exactly right now but id estimate it to that range)

My goal weight is to be 170-180, granted I know thats not possible within 3 months, but I do want to make a visible amount of weight change and i was wondering what is the best way to do it?

Ive tried weightloss things like fasting but i always head back into the same direction of eating, Im not in control of my meals because my parents keep on buying and ordering shitty foods and such and im currently homeschooled (very long story man) but im potentially transferring and I wanna look approachable.

But Im trying to find a way that keeps me losing weight at a good enough pace and something thats adaptable to me, usually i used fasting i did OMADS and 16:8’s but eventually id crash.
