Bodybuilding Transformation System schedule question

I just bought The Bodybuilding Transformation System and I am excited to get started with it. My only issue is that my schedule is pretty erratic because of my kids' sports schedules. I should be able to fit in five workouts a week, but the days I can go to the gym will be all over the place. Can I just run the workouts in order and let the rest days fall wherever they naturally occur, or should I try to break it up in a particular way to get the proper amount of rest in between certain workouts? I feel like I'm probably overthinking it.

I'm a new paralegal looking for some career direction. I'm 44 years old and I recently completed Boston University's certificate program. I'm currently interning in a corporate legal department.

I previously worked as a copywriter/editor/proofreader before nearly a decade as a stay-at-home parent. I've also completed a pair of certificate programs in data analysis (Excel, SQL, Tableau), but I wasn't able to get my foot in the door with that. Now that I've begun my journey as a paralegal, I'm wondering if I could incorporate that data analysis training somehow.

I love working with spreadsheets and I'm interested in learning python. Also a very strong writer from my previous career. How can I make these pieces fit together? What kind of career path might value this collection of skills? I asked an LLM and it pointed me towards legal ops, but I'm not familiar with what that is.
