I opened this case 24 days ago, yet I've received 0 replies or updates. I'm not replying to it on my end because I've read that bumps you to the back of the queue.

I knew discord support was rough to get a hold of, but god damn. 24 days with 0 responses is pretty wild. At least the ticket's still open I guess...I keep seeing other posts like "I got a response in a week!" and it's pretty disheartening.

The last activity was not me, there was no update to my case so I'm not sure what the last activity was.
