Here are my personal top 5 things to try in KOREA.
No.1 – Visit a Korean Dermatology Clinic
Korean skin clinics are surprisingly affordable compared to many countries, and the technology/service is on another level. Even locals go regularly for skincare treatments, laser care, and facials.
No.2 – Experience a Korean Pocha (Street Tent Bar)
Not the fancy restaurants — the real late-night tent bars. Eating spicy food, drinking soju, and chatting outside at night is peak Korean atmosphere.
No.3 – Try Screen Golf
Even if you’ve never played golf before, Korean screen golf is super fun. The simulators are insanely advanced and it’s a popular social activity here.
No.4 – Dessert Cafés
Korea takes desserts seriously. There are themed cafés, giant cakes, croffles, bingsoo, matcha desserts, and cafés that look straight out of Pinterest literally everywhere in Seoul.
No.5 – Baseball Game Night
Korean baseball games are more like festivals than sports events. Cheer songs, fried chicken, beer, and nonstop energy even if you don’t know the rules.
