Hi,

I currently co sleeper with my 6 month old. Co-sleep or not he will wake up around 10+ times at night and I am absolutely loosing my mind. I cant function and always have a headache due to lack of sleep.

I have finally decided to sleep train him, can anyone please reccomend a sleep consultant that isnt too expensive. I need to get my life back 😩
