Hi, I'm hoping to confirm I'm on the right track to replace my WD bottom door seal. Wayne Dalton doors commonly use -bead bottom seal (often part #154448) (Is this the part I need?) that slides into a retainer. These seals are typically 3-1/4" wide, (mine is in that area as far as I can tell. It often requires you to un-crimp the track ends, (Is it obvious from picture, I will need to uncrimp and/or just cut the old seal,) clean the retainer track, spray silicone lubricant, Insert the new seal. Last, secure the Ends fold or tuck the ends securely into the track to prevent them from slipping out. Re-crimp the ends of the track? So am I on the right track, is this the part I need, and will I need to uncrimp and recrimp? Appreciate any help. Thanks Kris
