I already know how to play all the scales, and I can play eighth notes at 112 bpm with reasonable fluidity and evenness, for both hands. Can play faster in the right hand. I can play fluent double-octave, two-handed scales and single-handed arpeggios up to B on the circle of fifths and Eb on the circle of fourths. The rest still need work, but I can play them. My question is, where do I go from here? I'm working on the rest as well, but how do I improve my speed, dynamic expression and hand independence? I'm practicing Hanon exercises 1 and 2 as well, but I was hoping to get a more comprehensive advice on more advanced scales practice.
