Out of Sync
I've been having a really hard time connecting with one of my decks lately, and nothing I do seems to be helping.
I have The Alleyman's Tarot - it's a BIG beast, and it was the first tarot deck I ever bought for myself. Back in March I added the final cards I was missing from the boosters, and ever since then I have not been able to get a good read for myself from this deck.
I made sure to be really intentional and respectful when adding the cards, and I cleansed the deck with selenite under the full moon in April *and* May, but it still just feels spiritually dead when I try to read for myself.
And it only applies to me, for some reason. I've had really lovely and powerful readings for friends since I added the cards, but if I try to read for myself it's all just... word salad. It feels like something is stuck. And it's only this deck - my other decks read for me just fine.
I'm not sure if I did something wrong, but it feels like I need to fix it somehow and I'm not sure how to go about it.
What have you done to reconnect with a deck when you've fallen out of sync with it? I'm open to any and all ideas!
