Hello everyone,

My current company (in India - US MNC) is offering me a role in Surrey BC with a comp of 130K.

I just wanted to know if moving from India to Canada is a right move or not? From PPP perspective, to maintain the same QoL I have in India I should earn around 150K.

And, what all should I ask my company to get clarity on this move. I.e. stuff I should know before I sign anything.

From what I have read ICTs are LMIA exempt Closed work permit, is that true?

Furthermore I have a question about Spousal Open Work Permit, I would really like to hear your opinions, timelines and your experience with SOWP applications.
