Should I replace my Harmonic Balancer? Euro 328i

I've got a Euro 328i 1996 with AC delete and UUC pulleys.

I intend to install a new Radiator, Thermostat, Water pump and while the front of the engine is exposed I am considering replacing the Harmonic balancer. But I don't want to go through with it unless it's really needed. I'd probably get a mobile mechanic to do it as I don't facing messing with such a high torque.

From these pics what's your opinion? FYI the car runs fine. PS Does my serpentine belt look ok?
