Any way to tell what im in for in terms of cost to repair? Can i even drive this thing home an hour and a half?

Im gonna drive an hour and a half just to scan the codes because he wont do it.. anyway, how expensive could these problems be to fix? It will be my project and than my daily, but i dont wanna spend more than $1000-$2000 getting it daily worthy.
