1689 Westminster Connecticut
I’ve seen this company pop up on occasion and wanted to give it a try, construction wasn’t super impressive some soft spots in the cigar and burn wasn’t great. It is a closed foot cigar which I don’t personally like.
Taste was pretty good, I got some cedar, floral, and creamy notes throughout. With some occasional savory almost buttery notes but nothing crazy. Occasional sweetness and bitterness but overall I’d say it was a decent smoke. Would smoke again for the price, you can use “1689” as a code that basically makes everything half off, for $8-9 for a toro I’d smoke it again but idk for $17. The strength was mild to medium which I liked as I could smoke on closer to an empty stomach.
The company is a bit weird and a lot of people complain about this one user who seems to be a shill without disclosing. They’re also a reformed Christian brand/company which is kinda weird and a bit in your face, they also use AI a lot in their marketing.
