I live in semi rural Eastern NC. Some bigger cities but a lot of small towns and ghost villages. I’m thinking of buying some land lots that are clearly not being cared for or abandoned, but how would I go about doing that? I know about looking up the property on GIS maps and trying to contact the owner, but I’m not sure what I would do if I didn’t get a response. Thank you!
