I’m gonna be eligible to write in a few weeks. Our school has given us a tentative writing date for June. STO will be coming to our school in 2 weeks. I asked them (over the phone last month) how i can update the logbook. I requested an approval from my sto account with journeyman’s details but all he got was an email. He didn’t see anything in his account. My manager at that time didn’t receive anything at all regarding approving skills in the logbook. Also, my manager has changed now. I asked sto how i can update the manager’s info and they said i don’t need to update it. STO also said that i don’t need to have the logbook updated. Can someone who has qualified recently confirm if this info is correct or not to be eligible for the c of q? Also, if you needed the logbook updated, how did you do it? And is it the sponsor that approves it or the journeyman? Are we able to download the logbook and just have someone sign it off?
