Guaranteed insomnia the night of shot

Without fail, I get maybe 2 hours of sleep the night after I take my shot. I've tried moving my shot to the early AM, no caffeine, sleep aids, etc. Nothing helps. I'm at a loss. I think I'll move my shot from Sunday to Saturday AM. Trying to function at work on a Monday morning with no sleep is absolutely brutal.

Anyone else?

My first attempt at container gardening

The blue salvia in the back needed much TLC, so I repotted it while I was at. Giving it a shot: 2 types of tomatoes, jalapeño, and yellow peppers. There is so much more I want to plant. I’m hesitant bc I have tendency to kill plants. I’m in Zone 9b, so it’s hot. I’m going add mulch and replace cages for tomatoes.
