After a ride is done the metrics graphs show your average speed, cadence, output, etc, but it takes into consideration the whole ride including warm up and cool down and any recovery intervals which obviously drags the metrics down.

Is there a way to filter the metrics so you can see your averages for only the effort parts of the workout?

I’m guessing not? What I’m looking for, as example, “what was my average speed during these three climb efforts”… I can get a rough idea but am hoping for data a bit more dialled in.
