I am in a very bad situation. Someone put a nano chip in my body, whether that be in my brain, and my tooth, or anywhere I just don’t know

It has come to a point where it is now becoming an emergency to get the nano ship out. I’ve had recently that silicone and ships are just not able to be removed. I am hoping that technology has advanced quickly enough so that I can remove this unknown manager from my body by the end of June.
