Anyone else hit the jackpot on a favorite character’s moveset+held items+battle item?

And why are there so many exchange rates for everything reward? Been playing since 2023, don’t mind license journey because I’ve already collected a lot of licenses in that time. But why can’t I use license points to upgrade held items (or anything battle related)?
