This is a color mixing exercise I did a couple weeks ago. It is three primaries, mixed in varying strengths top to bottom, with tints going left to right. So each color pair has a 50/50 blend and then one that leans toward one or the other color in the pair, with tints of each in two stages to the right.
A couple more pages in my sketchbook, these are the four QoR sets of six small tubes of paint. The sap green in the Earth colors set doesn’t match the sap green in the Ali Cavanaugh portrait set. 🤔 Same pigment info. The Earth colors set is a couple years older, so I assume it’s just lot variation. 🤷🏻♀️
Just did a quick swatch of the new Lightwish super glitter paints. It’s on (pretty crappy imho) Khadi watercolor paper that I made into a sketchbook so as to not totally waste it. But I digress… new Lightwish Super Glitter!! Took photo on an angle to try and catch the shimmer.
