ROTC and Grad after gap year
I’m graduating with my Bachelor’s in Health Science this summer! From USF (go bulls!). I’m planning on taking a gap year because like I’ve been in school for a consecutive 17 years (including grade school), and I feel like a need a break! I want to eventually get my Master’s in Public Health, so while on break I want to find a job relating to this field. Get some volunteer work done, travel a little more, etc. I’ve recently considered joining the Air Force, so I figured “let’s do my MPH and ROTC at the same time”. I’m excited for the future, but I would like to get some insight of other people’s experience.
If this is the route you took, (Grad School and ROTC), what were some of the challenges?
What did you most enjoy about it?
How quick did you adjust?
What school and branch did you choose?
Or please speak freely and tell me about the overall experience of deciding to go to Grad school and ROTC and how it was managing both!
