So I’m 20 months PP after my second baby, and I’m at a relatively good weight, 156 and 5”6 but this pooch is getting me down. I also after standing for a while, experience middle back pain. So I do think it’s weak core

I’m doing a post baby workout guide and it’s super helpful!! But I’d love to know what I can do for this damn belly. It sits low, and I did the DR test and barely have a finger so I’m just a tad lost.
