Hi!
In my previous post I asked about the IHKA replacement.
Since then I have replaced my REST unit with a MAX unit that has the correct part number for my 530D, and it works perfectly, however now I have timer1/2 and heating/vent on/off on my MID that I did not have before. Is that normal? I can turn on my webasto but as far as know the car has to have high obc for that to work(my mid only has the clock symbol no BC also no high cluster).
I have been looking at forums discussing the auxiliary heater but so far have found conflicting information.
I also dont have an aux water pump connected to my heater control valve.
I am not sure what is supposed to be in my car and unfortunately have no information about what the previous owner might have changed/removed.
