OK, obligatory cookbook recommendation. My nephew is getting married and his bride to be has asked me to give her a cookbook. She loves to bake bread and is very proficient in the kitchen. She mentioned she wanted to explore grinding her own grain. I don't have any idea as far as any types of cuisine she wants to explore. What would be your best recommendation?
