'Believe me' bad taste in advert that plays before and after every segment of the programme

I just saw the new 'Believe me' show on ITV and noticed that before and after every ad break/before and after parts of the programme, it advertises a car, not at all like the black cab the vile man uses in the show, but still not different enough for me to have not become suspicious (if it was the exact same, or too alike, I feel that'd be too obvious to viewers and would be noticed instantly) it seems weird, like it makes me think of when a product shown/used in a show is sold as merch, but in this case it's based on something that's a big part of a real crime and specifically the criminal that it's associated with. I'm most likely looking too much into it but it's just something I noticed and wanted to post so people can keep an eye out for anything else of the sort, like if there's any other advertisements weirdly related to the show, or something like that, idk. (also I forgot what the car was)

I have bathed the duckling to see if the dryness would clear, but it came back after drying off, it's spreading across both sides of the face and on the eyelids, there's also a tiny bump on one side of it's face and seems to be balding a little, does anyone know what this is because my other duckling hasn't got these problems, the dryness it does get goes away after a bath unlike the one I'm posting about.
