I can't go past the setup screen because of the battery optimization.

On my Poco f6 I don't have the battery and optimization app anymore which means for all apps that setting is disabled but even then it takes me to that screen on my phone where now there is not toggle to choose (no restrictions) and I don't have a way to install it again since it just keeps on saying (not installed).

So I'd like to know if there's a way to go past the setup screen with this issue.
