I'm looking for romance movies with happy endings, the kind I could call comfort movies, you know? Does anyone have any recommendations?

I downloaded Nuvio on my Samsung TV through Tizenbrew but when I go to watch the movies the sources like Torrentio don't appear

I bought a Samsung TV and I couldn't find Nuvio on it, only Stremio. Does anyone know how to install it?
