Been taking more photos of my suit recently and encounted some problems.

Bright Lights / flashguns reveal my face through the visor. Any tips to become invisible while shooting outdoors?

LED refresh rates / shutter speeds. If i dont shoot the photo below 1/100, my proots face is either gone or showing half or having visible refesh lines. Any ideas on how to fix this outdoors without compensating shutter speed. I want to get action shots.

Any other tips I should know would be helpful :3
