Created a custom faction emblem for my Helldivers unit, the "Sword of Humanity
Hey everyone!
I’ve been browsing the subreddit and saw some cool custom faction emblems (not sure what the official term is, so I’m just calling them unit crests/emblems) that others have made. Inspired by them, I decided to create my own based on my Super Destroyer’s name: 'Espada da Humanidade' (Sword of Humanity).
The design is heavily inspired by the BOPE emblem, which is an elite police unit from Brazil (you might recognize the vibe if you've seen the movie 'Elite Squad' / 'Tropa de Elite').
I'm definitely not a professional designer—I just put this together in Canva for fun to pass the time—but I’m pretty happy with how it turned out. I wanted something simple, clean, and representative of a 'special ops' unit defending Managed Democracy.
