Either they really ARE close friends, or Gru really doesn’t care what happens as long as no one is murdered. Which tbh doesn’t add up cause when Vector and Brett almost murdered the girls in 1 and 3 he was really out for blood.

Legit after the first movie I literally hyperventilate when it gets to the climax with poultra…literally never could look at chicken the same way or any poultry for that matter unless I dissociate when I eat and don’t think too hard about the animal when I eat.

I remember sitting right next to a chicken in a cage in college (out of context, someone was giving a speech about their family farm in college) - worse class period ever lol

Yes I know it’s cringe but I give the the creators credit for doing something so unconventional yet genius for a climax…

For what it’s worth the show had a lot of very unsettling creatures and moments, but this is probably the most peak for me.
