Shooter Stage (Level39)

Some code leftovers exist for a shooter mount but that's about it. ID was later overwritten with the Insane Store.

Dragon Ride (Level52)

Has leftover map and save data which indicates it was supposed to take place between Medusa's Lair and Full Moon.
