Friend pointed me to this post

and I followed the directions user Struppigel posted.

I uploaded the FRST and Addition to the site

I ran Malwarebytes, I BELIEVE it's removed.
Reset my computer to a save point.
Have cleared my Cache and Passwords
have changed ALL my passwords

I reeeeally don't want to nuke my system
I dont have a extra harddrive
