im 18 and a female, and every single day without fail i get SO tired around 1:30-3:30 but specifically between 1:30-2:30 i genuinely cant keep my eyes open. i fall asleep in class, sometimes sitting straight up i just feel my head drifting and my eyes wont stay open no matter how hard i try. in that time of day life feels dull, i almost feel dissociative and foggy or confused, trying to read is impossible and when i push through i cant process what im trying to learn. its so frustrating and im starting to fall behind in class because of it. i sleep 7-8 hours a night every night, sometimes 6 hours but even then i still wake up feeling refreshed. on weekends if i fall asleep late, i always wake up after about 6 hours feeling fine, i guess thats just how much sleep is fine for me. is this normal to get so tired during that time, especially as a teenager? it just doesnt feel fair and i want some answers or possible solutions!!

ive tried bringing a fidget to class, a snack, candy, water, going on a bathroom break, stretching, sitting up straight for good blood flow? nothing helps and im frustrated 😔any help appreciated
