Am I chopped? Should I go back to long curly hair?

Last picture is from 7 years ago. I started to go short with my hair because it was a lot of maintenance.

How much more improvement can I expect to see (without 💉)?

Routine:
My workout routine is the following:

Monday: shoulders + back

Tuesday: Chest + legs

Wednesday: arms

Thursday: repeat Monday

Friday: repeat Tuesday

Saturday: repeat Wednesday

Sunday: repeat Tuesday

Daily exercises:

45 minutes of treadmill : zone 2 cardio

pull ups or dead hangs. I usually do 3 sets to failure, 8-11 reps

Specs: 160 lb, 5'11.5 (6' with shoes on), mid twenties.

Food:
Low fat 180g+ proteins, 3100 calories, minimal transformed food and same meals everyday: greek yogurt, chicken breast, ground turkey, fruits, veggies, oatmeal, eggs, etc.

Supplements: citrulline 3-6g, beta alanine 3g, theanine 200mg, one a day supplement, magnesium 500mg, omega3 3x/day, creatine 5g.

I started my fitness journey in 02/2025. Been training daily ever since, with 2 months off last summer. I honestly started lifting because I had 0 confidence in myself. I cannot say my confidence level has improved, but I guess now I have a healthy lifestyle, so there's that. So I was wondering if I reached some kind of limit, looks-wise. My goal is to be lean and look muscular when wearing clothes.

Edit: seems like I confused some regarding gear. I wanted to know how much more progress I can expect without having to use gear. Not implying that I will use it, but rather that gear shouldn't be considered regarding my question, because I will never self inject anything in my body like peptides or anything.
