I'm currently in a ytt program and discussing anatomy I realized my challenge with binds, crow/arm balance poses etc are my short arms . I don't have enough space to wrap my arm or perch on my upper arm
Any suggestions on how I can improve? I use blocks/ strap whenever I can but still need more help.
Would love any tips!
